Custom and safe exercise & wellness program developed to increase your strength and ability to move based on your personal medical history & exercise preferences may include:
- Manual Therapy: massage, myofascial release techniques, joint mobilization
- Strength Training: using manual resistance, body weight, resistance bands or weights
- Stretching: passive or active stretching techniques
- Spinal Stabilization: core and postural exercises
- Ambulation training
- Balance training
- Fall Prevention
- Custom programs can be based on Pilates, Yoga, weight training or gym equipment (if personal gym access is available).
